Group Coaching

I help you deepen awareness, dissolve the constraint, and turn it into embodiment, so the freedom you access through the work becomes how you actually live, relate and create.

My purpose in life is to serve and inspire others to reconnect with their inner light, find a sense of freedom, and create powerfully. This container is will:

Identify where you have a hidden constraint that is still playing out in your life.
Reveal the underlying identity or story that is driving the constraint.
Create freedom from the pattern an integrate it into a new world.
Establish a new way of being.
Translate that shift into conversations, choices and committed action.
Support integration until it becomes increasingly natural.

The benefit of a group is we collectively create a resonance and elevate together. By creating a space for our soul to shine, we each benefit from listening to others journey and the unfolding of their coaching. The group will have a maximum of 8 people and a minimum of 5. This will allow everyone to be coached and for us to integrate some of these teachings into our daily lives.
